Acceptable Airport Hotel
airport shuttle clean room remote location limited food
The airport shuttle was convenient for transport to my early flight (it saved me some travel stress). The room was clean. It also had a modern bathroom.
The hotel is located far from the city center. Reaching any nearby shops or restaurants requires a walk. The lounge offered only limited food options after a long flight (it did not satisfy my appetite).

inconsistent experience near the airport
limited hours inconvenient policy
The pool hours were severely limited. I could only use it from 4 pm to 8 pm. this was a major reason i chose this hotel, so arriving at 8 pm meant i missed out. trying again in the morning before my noon flight also failed because of the restricted hours. this policy felt inconvenient and poorly managed.

easy room service professional attitude good tone
i appreciated the room and the room service. it was nice i could order food and drinks easily. i also thought the professional attitude at check in was a plus, it really set a good tone.
i found no regular coffee in my room. it also wasnt available downstairs unless i bought an overpriced breakfast. this was an inconvenience.

shuttle service fast processes
i found the airport shuttle service very convenient it runs every half hour. the check-in and check-out processes were super easy and fast.
the pool water felt cold and was not usable. there were not enough loungers available near the pool.

convenient location gorgeous design practical shuttle limited hours lack of bellboy inconvenient situation
The location is near the airport. It proved quite convenient. the hotel's open design struck me as gorgeous. i also found the shuttle service very practical, especially since it runs every 30 minutes.
the pool operated only four hours each day! the limited hours really restricted swimming opportunities. there was no bellboy to assist with luggage. i found this inconvenient, particularly with multiple bags.
